Take A Break Cafe — Restaurant in Florida

I have to say the girl from the register gets an attitude all the time when she makes a mistake, she over charge, I am a usual I always order 2 chicken breast (simple that is it) how can u get this wrong right ! well as usual call and order when I get there to pick up they give me this tiny box so I opened and surprise it was chicken from yesterday reheated and they have cut of the 4 corners of it to make it in to a tiny little square!! what the hell !! is like half of chicken is gone and they charging me 10 bucks for it !! so I tell the girl at register and with attitude she says that is the way we do it .... well like I mention before this is what I always get I told her not this is wrong and again she just state well this is how we do it, you want it or not? at the same time that she is opening the fridge, pulls out a big bucket of fill of cold chicken breast pieces from day before and drops my chicken right in it !!!really u already had heat up this chicken from yesterday and just dropped back on top of more again cold chicken what for? so the poor next customer that comes and ask for chicken gets it reheat it AGAIN!!! tis is cross contamination, food poisoning as I mention before I used to come here VERY often manager did not even care to come out and apologize or verify what was the issue if you want to get sick with expensive cheap food sure come here I will definitely report this also to the Health department. I started coming to take a break cafe about 2 years ago when I started renting the office from Regus right down the street. This spot is only open for breakfast and lunch. It's a great spot to take a break for sure. The staff greets you when you come in, and the food is way better than any corporate restaurant. I love going for the Cafe con Leche and the sandwiches on Cuban bread. This is a spot when people visit me at my office we take a break and relax at the cafe. Now I will tell you that the place gets packed for lunch ao.make sure to get there early if you want a seat. The owner is always really nice and talks to everyone. The food is decent but the people that work there are rude. I came in there the other morning and the guy working the grill looked at me and ignored me. Another woman came in after me and he went right to her to take her order. She had to tell him that I was first and even then he acted as if he didn’t want to deal with me. I have never had any negative encounter with this man before as to why he was treating me so poorly.

Needless to say I left there with no breakfast because I refuse to pay my money at a place where the workers treat customers...
