First let start by saying I’m so grateful and honored that I have chosen this funeral home. Shannon went through great links and out her way to help me in any way possible with dealing with the death of my father Gregory. She took the time to listen and understand what I was going through. She kept in contact as I was dealing with and struggling trying to get the money to accomplish my father wishes. And never once she ever gave up on me. She always said to me “no worries “ when I told her I didn’t want my father to still be at the hospital cause he suffered there so long guess what she went and got him showed me pictures that he was in their care and he was in good hands.that just warms my heart to see that there is still good ppl still in this world. From the bottom of my heart I will would like to thank everyone that was involved with my father. Losing my mother was the hardest thing I have ever gone through, and I am so grateful that we chose S.L. McLaughlin Funeral Home to handle her services. From start to finish, Shannon and Jeff were professional, patient, and incredibly compassionate. They answered every question, honored every request, and guided my family step by step, even when things became hectic on our end. The service itself was absolutely beautiful — the crowning ceremony Shannon performed moved everyone in attendance. Even when an unexpected mishap occurred during the service, she handled it with grace and made sure everything still flowed smoothly.
