Loudon Plaza — Local services in City of Albany

Usually this place is great, great food friendly service but yesterday my takeout was terrible. Ordered the basic breakfast, which is what I usually order. The food just wasn't as good as it usually is, nor was the service that friendly. The breakfast comes with either a juice or coffee, which I had to ask for. The waitress took out a small plastic cup (to go cup) and filled it approximately two thirds full after determining that half full just wasn't going to cut it. I am usually a great tipper, depending on the service of course, but on only left a dollar and change. I feel I shouldn't have to as for any item that is included, she should have asked whether I wanted coffee or juice when I picked up the food. Idk, maybe they have a new cook....it will be a while...

I'm not a fan of Albany although I was born and raised here. Got to the Plaza to find 5 young teenage girls fighting in the parking lot and loud motorcycles pulling in to the Ships Pub. Just not a family friendly place...
