New Paris Shop — Local services in City of Amsterdam

Not happy. I paid my dress off $1,078 and right after I paid my balance off they then told me I owed them another $50 for an upsizing fee that was supposed to be charged the day I went in and picked out my dress. They ordered my brides maid dresses that were supposed to rose petals pink and I got blush dresses. Nothing matches them. They argued with me and my brides maids about the color. They said they told me the dresses I wanted only came in that color. They did not EVER tell me that. Now they want me and my brides to pay for our alterations. Not after THEY screwed up my dresses. The entrance of the shop is a "hodgepodge " of Pendleton skirts, sweaters, and blazers from, I'm guessing, the 70's and formal dresses that are slightly out of style. I purchased my own wedding dress here in 2016 and the dresses of my maid of honor and flower girl. Additionally, I purchased my daughter's two prom dresses there, as well. They are known for having the most current styles and designers for prom seasons. I purchased my wedding dress here almost six years ago; my bridesmaids also got their dress for the wedding at New Paris. We were all extremely happy with the service, selection, and prices. The shop is somewhat small compared to some, but it also wasn't exceptionally crowded like many tend to be. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They communicated well throughout the process. Alterations at the time were also free, which really helped save everyone quite a bit, as these can add up very quickly (and I've known people who went to David's bridal and spent more on the alterations than the...
