Not happy. I paid my dress off $1,078 and right after I paid my balance off they then told me I owed them another $50 for an upsizing fee that was supposed to be charged the day I went in and picked out my dress. They ordered my brides maid dresses that were supposed to rose petals pink and I got blush dresses. Nothing matches them. They argued with me and my brides maids about the color. They said they told me the dresses I wanted only came in that color. They did not EVER tell me that. Now they want me and my brides to pay for our alterations. Not after THEY screwed up my dresses. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I suggest anyone else that has had a bad experience with them to do the same. I had to rate them 1 star it won't let me rate them 0 like...
