Binghamton Plaza — Local services in City of Binghamton

Just needs to follow the trend of local malls housing in the old school extremely large parking lots and and some too the larger locations in the plaza remodel and get back to business ..plus sell the parking lot in front of ny chefs that's vacant driveway area to pod hotels to add one too the area and it should stay up and running housing 4 floor hotel it should be alright lot of parking area in ground pool gym and saunas they'll attract a lot of business with it even if it was a indoor pool on the basement level area designed right it fit right in... CVS should be a chicken and waffles or waffle House or something similar jack in the box even plaza just needs old store in it smaller as a beer depot or liquor box beer and alcohol. And it will stay busy just real prices better then surrounding convenience stores and gas stations . But that's me always..........optimistic about...

There's a diamond in the rough in this plaza! Its P & j's Flea Market!! Went there with my family and had a blast! There's tons of collectibles, antiques and regular everyday items. They have a food area, with an ATM, and clean bathrooms. They have it sectioned off into vendor booths and I never see an open spot! Place is always full of vendors and customers!
