The tech team including CEO were very helpful in making recommendations and communicating with us through out the build process. The team was also helpful in resolving an issue related to Microsoft Sign in and accounts after we had the computer home and set up. Calab was very patient with me explaining various aspects of microsoft/windows accounts and resolving that issue. The tech team was professional and take great pride in their work. The cost of a Red Barn build was competitive with other builders and very fair. The time it took to fix my device was absurd. When giving in my device, I got a couple of estimates depending on the problem my device had after diagnostics, and in the end, it was somehow the most unlikely and expensive one. Not only that but the diagnostics took over a week and It took over a month to get my device back, and I still paid an insane price in the end. Details of the repair were mainly "classified" So I really couldn't get a detail step-by-step as to how they fixed it and what was actually going on. Tried charging me $150 to turn my computer on. Took it there for a $75 diagnostics. I had to call them multiple times, they said they were in the process of fixing it. Called them a week later, they said that they were too lazy to even plug it in and they wanted a $150 cleaning fee for "dust". I attached a photo of my computer.
