I was in Binghamton for an appointment and had read reviews on Hang Phat Market. I did not know that they took cash only (one older review said this, but under the general info it says that they do.) Thankfully there is a bank next door if you need an ATM. The owner was so nice about waiting for me to go to the ATM for cash. They charge $4 but that was ok with me. I'm not from the area and I felt bad for making her wait for me.
She even kept my mom company while I went.

They have condiments, spices, teas, sweets, fresh and frozen meats and seafood, fresh and dried noodles and a small selection of fresh produce. There is a large selection of bulk rice as well as a selection of plates, pots and cookware. This isn't a huge Asian grocery like you might find near large cities, but you can usually find what you're looking for and if you can't just ask.
