Burger King — Restaurant in City of Binghamton

Went to the one on main street in Binghamton cashier was rude my mother forgot to order sauces with her onion rings and would her chicken nugget Happy Meal the cashier rudely said next time make sure you order it with your meal mind you my mother has a major brain injury and guys she did not remember and she did not even realize that they had sauce for onion rings until I told her he was extremely rude the cashier never acts in the beginning do I'm with you what kind of sauce would you like me to chicken nuggets would you like onion ring sauce nothing but they were very very rude when my mother asked kindly for two of the sources never again will I go to that location in...

Okay, so I'm gonna give you the most honest review I can. This place is HORRIBLE. I've gone in a bunch of times over the past few years and this store used to be great, but recently it has taken an incredible downward turn. The new manager Lilly is condescending, rude, and it seems like she hates it there. If you choose to visit this establishment, please tread carefully, I'm sure you'll get the same negative attitude that we've received. I will not be visiting this store as long as that general manager is employed. You're better off going to McDonalds. Plan on getting sick if you order anything from them. This place is vile....

I ordered the special that was on the big sign in the front window two for includes chicken fries! When I got to the front window the price was different, and I asked her why? and she said' oh the chicken fries are no longer included in that special' they change it ,do you still want them ?I ordered that special because I wanted them! So I paid the extra $3 and something for six chicken fries that were not fully cooked. And Big King was the size of a Whopper Jr. The original chicken sandwich that they got with it was awesome...
