They create false narratives and expectations to lure you into doing business with them. I was promised an original screen replacement for $140, but instead, I received a $45 Amazon DIY screen replacement that barely worked. It glitched all the time and did not have the on-screen fingerprint feature that my original screen had. When I confronted the business owner, he had the audacity to question my expectations for the amount I paid ($140) and suggested I give him more money for the original screen. Alternatively, he offered to take the Amazon screen back and reinstall my old broken screen, which he had conveniently kept! However, before I could take any action, the screen he installed popped itself from the frame and went completely black. I eventually managed to get my money back, but I would never recommend trusting these people if you value your peace of mind. I went there for screen replacement, the guy promised for original screen and days later they replace the screen with the cheapest screen ever, it was defective with dead pixels, horrible quality and finger print no longer works, they never answered my phone cuz they know what they did.

I got there in person asking for a new screen they took the cheap screen they put to my phone, refended me, then returned the phone with my original broken one, ofc the returned the phone as in pictures cover not glued, screen not working horrible...

Customer service is great. They’re nice and friendly. They fix quickly for a decent price. I saved my time and money. They even gave me a free screen protector which is almost 10 dollars. I had doubts about them when I saw some 1 star reviews. However, I do not think these reviews are even real. I have had experienced only positive vibes with these guys. One person wrote “they fixed my phone and I brought back to Apple. Apple told me that the shop couldn’t fix it properly.” What Apple suppose to say?
