Our family really enjoys going to the pool on really hot days!! If I can make one suggestion, I think they should have more umbrellas available to provide shade for those who would prefer not sitting out in the hot sun with no shade cover. Especially us mothers with young children or people who cannot be in the direct sunlight. And just to make a note of something that happened recently, our family walked to the pool late afternoon for a cool down refresher from this awful humidity just to find out the pool had to be closed due to the chlorine level being too high. I understand the safety of the singer's is first priority but this shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. We actually think it was done on purpose by a lifeguard or someone else who maybe wanted to get off work early out who is just selfish. Just an observation because come on really, that's something that should come second nature to these lifeguards working the pool. But thank you again, for...
Read moreThis pool is great! Lifegaurds are polite and on top of their jobs. When the pool is full there is a lifegaurd change over every 30 mintues where they ask you to get out of the pool check in with the party you came with and they read the pool rules again. When it's busy or even relatively busy there aren't enough chairs or loungers available. Plan to bring your own lawn chair for a guaranteed seat. There is a fire hydrant shooting out water in the 1'deep area and two spots at the shallow end with fountain type mini geysers (idk what they're technically called) to play in. Lifegaurd approved life jackets are allowed but no other floaties. The place is pretty well taken care of. The pool is very well laid out and can fit a lot of people. We went Monday-Friday for a week and had a blast. I'll be telling all my friends...
Read moreA great local offering and experience, with excellent staff and improving standards. Minor complaints are late opening day and early end of season, extremely limited hours, lack of offered programs and equipment, and my kids always get sore and bloody toes from the pool bottom/deck. They also changed the original maximum capacity of at least a few hundred to 200 after the start of the season, which is discouraging and way too low, turning people away constantly. Increasing it even by 50 will still leave plenty of room around and in the pool. I've had to split my kids up numerous times, allowing the older ones to enter while I wait for the next...
