The first time that I ordered for delivery, April 16th, I ordered 3 pizzas and fried mushrooms. I gave them a call back as it had been about three hours and my food hadn't arrived and was told that they were very busy and would get it to me ASAP. The background did sound hectic so I accepted the apology and waited. About an hour later my food arrived and it was all cold. I reheated everything and accepted the lesson to stay away from dinner hours. November 15th, I ordered the Antipasto salad and green bean fries for lunch. Fortunately I was busy at work and hardly noticed that it took around 2 hours for my food to arrive but when I opened it up and found the food soggy like it had sat for the full 2 hour wait I honestly wanted to demand a refund but I let it go as it was busy, according to the delivery driver who apologized for the delay. Tonight December 7th I ordered lunch around 4:45 thinking later than lunch and earlier than dinner should work out. At 6:00 I called back to cancel my order. The person who answered the call got my name and put me on hold. He returned a short time later, verified my name, and asked if I had just placed the order. I explained that I had ordered it over hour prior to calling. He then told me that there was no ticket for my order but as soon as the manager gets back he would make sure my order was canceled. No apology or explanation was offered which in my world is the equivalent of being told to *@#! off. I then checked my bank account and saw that there was no pending charge from BRIX and ordered lunch from another place. Now I get home and of course there is a pending charge for BRIX for the cost of the order that there was no ticket for plus the 30% that is added to every hold even when you include a tip in the order. I typically don't waste my time writing these reviews but you asked. I hope that this helps you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI made a 7:15 reservation for 4 people and arrived 10 mins early. I notified two people that we were there and ready for whenever they could take us. After I waited another 20 mins after the res time. When I first arrived the tables were full but by then they had left. These two tables sat empty for 15-20 min. Mind you neither of them were wiped down before we were seated. Eventually tired of waiting one of my party members went in to see what was taking so long. A man came out looking like he was a cook and sat us, taking our drink orders and appetizer orders. We didn't talk to our waiter until he brought our apps out. Once we finished them and were ready to order our meals but by the time our waiter came by the kitchen was closed and we could only order fried food or pizza. After our apps we decided that we didn't want any more fried food. We told the waiter to just bring the bill, he came back and said that the cooks will stay later and make our food. I was upset, I thought this was a joke, I waited an hour for pasta. Now I could get it and run the risk of either the chef (1)spitting in it or (2) rushing to make it. We ended up paying 30$ for our 2 appetizers and 2 fountain drinks. Two members of my party vowed to NEVER come back after their bad experience here and I had convinced them to come tonight. After tonight we all agreed that we will NEVER BE...

The parking in the back was convenient but weird for anyone coming for the first time. There should be a sign. Itās pretty sketchy back there. When you get in from one of the entrances a person greets you and guides you to a seating place quick and kindly. We came at a crowded time but they do a good job accommodating. The menu has many options and good choices for vegetarians too. I wonāt talk about the alcoholic drinks as we did not have any. The interior decor is very detailed and they were certainly in the Halloween spirit. The lighting gives the place a quiet yet eventful vibe. It is a nice place to bring kids and is generally family friendly, which is rare for this kind of place. They did not have any coca-cola products if thatās what you care about. I had a Sierra Mist. They serve the pizza for all on a flat slab of wood and generally there is one pizza of 8 slices per group. It is good to take home. They provide utensils at the table, which is uncommon for pizza places but is definitely good. They should do that in more places. So much easier to eat. I had the buffalo chicken pizza. The taste was very complex and a good level of spice. The payment came in a brick cut almost in...
