I went there with a crushed engagement ring due to my horse dog lol. I honestly thought it wasn't fixable. They fixed it exactly how it was, maybe even better than when I first received it. The family atmosphere was great. Everyone was polite and the conversation was delightful. The owners son definitely gives this place character and charm. No high pressure sales and professional work. The price for repair was also affordable and in my opinion, a steal for the work they did. I will definitely be using them for all my repairs and purchases...

Highly recommend. Such friendly family, well priced, and they get a quick, quality job done. I went in about 6 months ago to get a watch resized and Amanda helped me and chatted with me and wouldn’t accept my money (which was appreciated but totally not necessary). Just went in to get my engagement ring resized this week and they graciously gave me an approximate timeline for completion of a week or two but it was done the very next day.
