Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga with Salty Soul Yoga is amazing!! I've gone every Friday morning since June and it is easily the highlight of my summer. I feel stronger, more balanced - both physically and mentally - and proud. Deanna takes beautiful pictures each time so you get to see your progress. Deanna is also lovely company - super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.
You really just can't beat time on the water. I read about it recently - called "Blue Mind" ("the surprising science that shows how being near, in, on, or under water can make you happier, healthier, more connected, and better at what you do"). From clear communication before our session and preparing us (many new to paddle boarding) for our time on the water, to teaching an incredible yoga class, she is the best.
She even took photos for us throughout our class, airdropping all 97 to us afterwards! It was such an added bonus to our class.
