I would give a better rating if it wasn't for the fact the parking lot has craters that could ruin your vehicle. Family dollar has buckets collecting water because the roof leaks and the floor looks disgusting. Overall there's 5 businesses in there which is great for the area. Tons of potential if it was maintained, but I assume the owner must live out of state and just collects the rent money and doesn't invest in the maintenance of...
