Very disappointing on sale follow up.Stoppd in on 3/17 to browse n possibly buy a reclining sofa,ended up spending 5-600 more than planned but found a living room set we were happy with.Dealt with sean for sale n was satisfied with service..1 piece was not in stock n they would call when it came in.Fine enough,they calld 3/22 midday said our piece came in.great! My girlfriend let them know we'd be up over the weekend to pickup,since they are only there til 6 wkdays & i work.i see they are open sat n 12-4 sunday.had prior obligations sat.so cleared my existing furniture,rented a truck,and wrangled 2 friends to help me move it sun.early afternoon.since we told them wed be up over the "weekend" n no one ever said.ya better make it saturday.so .truck rented,guys around,n livingeoom barren of furniture ready for the move,decide to call n let them know im on the way n will be there in an hr.or so..when Shirley tells me,you cant get it today,its in the "warehouse" (back of store).n i have "no guys" and there is a truck blocking the door..not happy...have girlfriend call to verify the phone call they had thurs.rhey did.then asked if they have delivery...and was told,why yes we do....it'll be 25 dollars...lmao...im out the 50 for the truck ,the inconvenience n embarrassment to my help n im sitting on a milk crate. .n they got balls to not even waive the stinking 25dlrs...really? Keep it..dont know what customer svc/sales retention class they teach that in...but i will make arrangements Again.ti pick my things up,and the bedroom set im shopping for,and any future purchases,or friends in the market for any type of furniture,will NOT be there! Ill gladly pay a little more at a name brand...

I called right after they opened on Sunday and was there within 2 hours to get a futon mattress. Shirley was so nice, very helpful in information and just an all around great person from the time I walked in to the time I left. She helped me load the mattress and talked to me like I was a human. It definitely was a local business feeling when you walked in, instead of a big known brand name store. I could not be more pleased! Will be recommending Shirley to...
