The Hudson Farmers Market is such an incredible experience everytime I go, and I have been doing so for many years. It's been avaliable year-round and offers so many varied products. I mostly buy organic produce and eggs. Our Farmers market vendors are always cheerful and usually spend time to chat when they have time. Appreciated also, is the doubling of SNAP, which is a necessity in these difficult times of inflation. Also, Farmers Market free coupons are a blessing. Read moreFairly standard fair of farmer's market stuff. Lots of vegetables, especially root and leafy green veggies. I think only 1 stand had fruit, which was quite good. We came in early July, so perhaps it was a bit early for more summer fruits/veggies. There were some bread, cheese, wine, and misc. stands, though we didn't really try these.
In general it's fairly small, so don't expect to spend more than 20 minutes or so browsing, unless you chat with some of the sellers. If I lived around here, I'd certainly come around periodically, but I've certainly seen better farmer's markets. Wish I could give it 3.5 stars, so I'll go with 3 as I really was not blown...
