I’ve ordered her products off TikTok shop and I will say they are wonderful and I fell in love. However, she took her products off of TikTok shop so I placed my first order with her via her website. I received an email that my order had shipped with no tracking information, this was 2.5 weeks ago. I have not received my package and have reached out to their provided email twice as well as the instagram account and I’ve received no response- it’s now been 8 days. I’ve bought from the both through Etsy and directly from the online store when it opened and I am so in love. The shipping was super fast (counting that I literally live on the other side of the world - Switzerland) and I still have some backup even though I use the wax melts almost weekly.
