BISSOON Concrete & Paving — Local services in City of Long Beach

Hired this concrete company to redo the old broken concrete in my garage and backyard. Prior to any work we agreed upon a few things (allowing me to lay conduit in the ground after concrete removal for future electrical to garage and allowing me space on side of property to install a new fence) Both requests were not met. For the work itself I found lack of professionalism and poor attention to detail. I have a very unlevel garage floor with tool marks in the concrete, garage door that does not close properly which is uneven on both sides by atleast by about 6 inches. A sloppy and unlevel back yard with water puddling near my house. They also left a large dumpster blocking my driveway for a week after job was complete. I had to make numerous calls for it to be picked up. I made all these issues known to Bissoon as the job progressed but he flatly gave me little to no response. Very unprofessional. They gave us the cheapest (much cheaper) quote so I guess you get what you pay for. If hiring this company, make sure to stay on top of them as much as possible. Hard for me since I had to be at work most of the day. Concrete is concrete and its there but the attention to detail and requests were never met.

Bissoon came to do our driveway in our home. It was such a big job but bissoon never looked worried or discouraged. I definitely dint realize how much work the driveway needed until he started . Both sides of the driveway had soil and trees that needed to be removed in the soil there was all type of rocks metals bricks roots which at that point I had given up . Where should I START! I really had high hopes for using this company because I wanted to believe in this company, but Bissoon let me down big time!! He comes off as being this nice and sweet guy but the runaround that i received was very unexpected. I had to let him go after constantly getting the runaround with him. I hired him to cement my front and backyard as well as resurfacing my front and back steps and as of today My steps are still not done.
