Northern massage — Local services in City of Long Beach

Positively awful. Not only are you required to tip at 100% of the service rate, which I did not mind back when this place tried, but they have gone completely down hill. The woman and man who act like the owners/managers walk around yelling at the staff at the top of their lungs, totally destroying any kind of relaxation. Worse still, they have no respect for scheduled appointments. Twice now, including tonight, I've made an appointment, showed up on time, and the foot massage guys were all busy. They told me to wait. Last time at least they took me after 15 minutes. Today, I gave up and left after 20 minutes. Avoid if you like to enjoy...

This place is real nasty. Please do not go. The boss (the male one) gives me attitudes for no freaking reason, and the person who did message for me keep asking for more tips. The place also smells very bad, like alcohol. The pressure that the person using is also not right. My shoulder has been hurting for many days after she did message for me . If you are looking for a good and high quality message place, I highly recommend you not go to this one. Do not waste your money on this...

Don't waste your time. You get what you pay for... actually, in this case, I paid to get smacked all over- including my head, and it wasn't the gentle kind. And very generous tips are expected. I've been to similar places and this is, by far, the worst experience ever. AVOID. Seriously. I wouldn't go back there if I they offered lifetime...
