We hired Chef Tasha for our intimate wedding in upstate NY this summer, and it was the best decision we could have made!

From the first call, Tasha wowed us with her creativity, passion, and professionalism. We asked for a pescatarian menu, but otherwise had no idea about the specifics of what we wanted. Tasha made thoughtful suggestions that were right up our alley. She curated the menu based on our general guidance and every course was masterfully thought-out. Throughout the process, she was flexible and responsive to any questions we had and tailored her services to our changing needs. She made us feel so at ease.

The food and service we received was absolutely phenomenal. Our guests have not stopped raving about how delicious (and beautifully presented) everything was. We had guests who were not the biggest fans of fish clear their plates! Her team arrived early, had everything ready on time, and made the entire process completely stress-free for us.

Moreover, Chef Tasha is an absolute sweetheart. It is rare to find a vendor who is not only exceptional at their craft, but who truly loves what they do and loves the people they work with. She went above and beyond for us, with special touches that meant the world. Immediately after our ceremony, Chef Tasha had a glass of champagne waiting for me. She also left us the sweetest card. Working with Chef Tasha was an absolute delight! Over five incredible courses, she showcased exceptional skill, creativity, and a perfect balance of flavors. Each dish was beautifully prepared and attention to detail and the care that went into each course was evident in every bite. It was imperative for us to have a chef that was able to accommodate our 2 severe allergies and she did that with ease. Chefs Tasha and Lu hosted my dad’s 70th birthday dinner party and it was picture perfect! We welcomed them into our home with open arms and they in turn offered us a night we won’t forget. The signature drinks (cinnamon pear margarita and chill pill) were a hit and Lu made sure to keep them coming all night long. Each one of Tasha’s courses was better than the last, from the black truffle edamame dumpling appetizer to the meyer lemon tartlet dessert. Tasha and Lu also provided decor and tableware, which elevated the overall experience. My family and I so look forward to working with Tasha and Lu for our next get together!
