Max Hospitality — Local services in City of Long Beach

There's so much to recommend about Max Hospitality. I was organizing a milestone birthday-cocktail party in my apartment in NJ just outside of NYC. My husband threw me an epic party a few years ago and I needed to get him back. Max was one of the recommendations on Thumbtack. They spoke with me about what vibe we were going for--and they were patient as I requested more detailed information so that I could reasonably compare her quote with other caterers'. Ultimately, when she said "Don't worry--nobody will be going hungry," I was sold. The chef and the food arrived punctually. They got everything set up ahead of all guests, and made our space work, never having seen it before and with our never having hosted a large-scale party here before. Tony was present but not intrusive and kept things very neat! All was yummy and impressively presented. Guests requested referrals! And she was right--nobody went home hungry and we are still working our way through...

We had the absolute pleasure of having Marc from Max Hospitality bartend my mother’s 60th birthday party, and I can’t say enough great things about him. From the moment he arrived, Marc was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to every detail. He brought such positive energy to the event and made everyone feel welcome and taken care of.

Not only were the drinks fantastic, but Marc's warm personality truly added to the celebration. He was engaging, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Several guests commented on how great he was throughout the night!

I have had the pleasure of having Max Hospitality at two events now - Nicole as bartender for my birthday, and then Nicole as bartender and Eddy as server for my baby shower. Tremendous service both times. Nicole is a pleasure to have behind the bar and a superb drinkmaker. Our expectations were already high with Nicole from my birthday. Adding Eddy to the mix at our baby shower blew us away. They are both so helpful and kind. In addition to serving, helping to set up and helping to clean up, Eddy helped take all gifts from our guests and going as far as to bring them upstairs in my house to our nursery.
