I had two problems with the sale representative. I lost my phone and when I replaced it he put another phone number in, although I told him that I need my original. He decided to call the police on me because, I insisted that he did wrong and not me. That's when I told him to play the recording, as he was recording me. He then apologized. It took me 3 months to get back my number, while my other line was locked down. 3 weeks ago he told me to upgrade. He introduced a phone I've never heard of. I wasn't interested. He and his assistant said that it was the best on the market. The same day that I bought it, I got rhe worst service than the phone I had before. I went back to have it changed and he wouldn't. Manager charged 427.00 for a 159.99 phone. Contacted metro pcs 611. Manager of store refused to give a break down of charges claimed computer was down and could not provide the break down. Metro pcs 611 said that's weird they don't have any information on the sale. Manager used racial slurs and threatened to call the police. I asked him to do so.
