Where's the option for ZERO STARS? After reading the reviews, I wanted to take my husband and FIL to Roatan for lunch. We asked the server if food is already made and he said it's made once ordered, which is fine, thinking at least it'll be fresh. However, we would never find out if that's the case...After 45 minutes, not even the cheese pupusa appetizer was served. We waited OVER ONE HOUR after we ordered, sitting there like idiots, watching online orders get filled and picked up. No one said, oh we're running late, etc., nothing. I felt bad for my 92 YO FIL and finally, my very patient husband said, okay, that's enough. We were the only patrons dining in at the time no less. We went to Nelly's down the road, had a delicious lunch with friendly service and generous portions, which is what we should've done in the first place.
