We went to this Tops because it was the closest one to our house. Workers were cussing up and down the checkout isles, they didnāt ring in our 5th bacon so I paid 35 instead of buying 2 and getting 3 free (thatās 24 dollars I didnāt have to spend), and the manager had no idea what he was doing when we tried to ask about a raincheck. They have barely any stock of the items they have in their ad. Worst part, you canāt take a cart to your car?! Literally the worst tops in existence. I have to take 5 bacon packages back to the store, what an inconvenience. Maybe if the cashiers were more focused on work as opposed to screwing around, things would be done correctly. Will not be coming back here and will be bringing back my bacon to a different tops because the return would probably get screwed...

There were three different employees, all with name tags, all standing in the middle of the entrance way, so when you walk in, you can't help but almost collide with them. I had one item I needed for work, and the register that I went to had it's like on, but the cashier sent me to the register next to her. No problem, except that the cashier I was sent to was anything but friendly. She didn't talk to me, she didn't ask even the basic questions that you're asked when you go into a store, ie; did you find everything ok, if not, is there something I can grab my manager to help you with, etc. 'Friendly' this Tops was not. If I have a choice, I won't go back...

They will correct the error (if you catch it ) but you have to spend 30 -60 minutes in the long customer service line. But after spending 10 min. waiting at the checkout, while the clerk explains his evening plans to co-workers in great detail, (with no-one else in the line) it hardly seems worth the trouble or time. Something I think they count on. In short, avoid this store if you can and check your receipts carefully if you can't. Too bad you can't...
