Sesto Synergy — Local services in City of Rochester

I was looking for a ring comprised of 14K rose gold with a carbon fiber inlay. Sesto Synergy had the format of what I was looking for already as a standard offering in "The Unity", but I wanted to take it a step further. I added simple modifications such as widening the ring by 1mm and adding beveled edging to it. Lorenzo was such a joy to work with. He was willing and able to speak with me over the phone and answered all of my questions with care. He assured me the ring would be made within the timeline I needed. The entire process of discussing the customizations and ordering was super smooth and transparent. Even the 'test fit' rings to help me pick what size I'd need was super convenient.

Once I received my ring, perfectly within the agreed timeline, it exceeded my expectations. It is well crafted and simply gorgeous. I am proud to wear a ring that is hand-made in the USA. The value proposition of Sesto Synergy is a no-brainer, as their quality puts them on part with the big name jewelers for less money.

I ordered a ring from Sesto Synergy on etsy last year for my boyfriend around December. I wasn't sure his size so we asked for the sizing kit and Lorenzo sent them off quickly. These include 3 rings quarter sizes apart. Once we got them, still none of them fit so I messaged Lorenzo and told him i thought the best size would be around 12 (not in the sizing kit). Since he knew we weren't sure he sent another sizing kit and then we figured out the best size with was 11.75. The ring finally came and it was perfect! There's pictures when it was new and itn the box and I added some that I took today almost a year later and it still fits perfectly, the engraving is intact and clear, the pattern is still beautiful and my boyfriend still loves it, not to mention these rings being lightweight is a real plus especially for everyday wear. I'd definitely recommend buying any ring from Sesto Synergy. So, a few minor hiccups. When I placed my order, the ring somehow entered in wrong, luckily Lorenzo reached out to make corrections, as I wanted my ring “standard” not thin, initially it would have been extra to change it, but since I had selected “standard” Lorenzo opted to do it for free. My ring arrived, BUT it turned out to be another client’s ring! I reached out to Lorenzo & shipped the ring back the next morning. Few days later, the ring arrived back to Lorenzo ready to be shipped back to the original client, BUT the client did not ship mine back right away. I was disappointed that I now had to wait another week. HOWEVER, Lorenzo offered to make me a new ring & shipped it that very evening & it arrived to me 2 days later! I LOVE the ring & it is the PERFECT thickness & width! And I am OBSESSED with the damascus steel ring! With the mishaps, it was DEFINITELY worth the weight!
