We ordered a bedroom set and it was supposed to be delivered on 9/21/22. The delivery drivers were awful and couldn't get the footboard up the stairs. They were given permission by my husband to take the item out the box but refused. The drivers took the furniture back. The "manager" Mark wasn't helpful at all. We went to the store after the delivery guys took all the furniture back and they instructed us to get a smaller bed. Mark took off as we were arriving and sent us inside to talk to John. John was very helpful and apologetic. He made attempts to make a resolution and made the delivery for 9/22/22 after 5pm to accommodate our work schedule. Fast forward to 9/22/22 @ 5:30p.m. There was no delivery. I called the store and spoke to the delivery driver PJ. He shared there was no delivery scheduled for today and the earliest time a delivery could be made was 9/26/22. I told him how unacceptable and unprofessional this was and he only offered an apology and stated he was only a "regular worker." This is horrible business. We were told the owner would call us back but found out later he was in the 1000 islands and unable to assist at this time due to being on vacation. Just poor service and I wish I could give less...
Read moreHorrible experience! Ordered a couch in August set to be delivered in Oct. It is now mid Dec. Unclaimed Freight kept messing up (ordered wrong color, didn’t order full couch, etc). The owner would say it wasn’t their fault, but the workers told us it was documented as their mistakes! We’d call and the workers were SO NICE. The owner? RUDE. The other workers would always apologize for him… We had 4 delivery dates set, all which were canceled an hour before. Finally, we get it delivered. Two men show up (one I found out was the owner) and don’t even introduce themselves! No “hi, I’m so and so, we are so sorry for all of this.” NOPE. Just walk over to the door, say “yeah this won’t fit inside”. I ask if there’s another angle etc, they say nope and leave. I call them back and say I want my couch and I’ll get it inside. They drop it off. In an HOUR my father, wife, and myself get the couch inside and in my basement. WHAT!
After 3 months of waiting, being lied to saying it wasn’t there fault, and then told they couldn’t get it inside when it was FINALLY delivered…
Never. Ever. Will they get my business again and I hope others don’t fall...
Read moreI went in on March 3rd and picked out a bed, end tables, and coffee table.. I paid cash that day. Here it is not the 24th and I have none of my items. I have called a few times different story every time. On the 12th I called was told Bed was on back order come pick a new bed no charge.. We did that.. Now I called on the 22nd and asked about when the bed would be in. The man said tomorrow (saturdary23rd). I will call you as soon as it's here to set up delivery (still waiting on his call) but he said there is another issue with your order. I asked what's that. He said now that all my tables are on back order until May sometime. So I called today the 24th and the man had no clue what I was talking about because their truck came in on Friday. He would call me right back. Still nothing.. I know this will be the first and last time I buy anything from there. Still no answers about my bed and now who knows what will happen with the tables I paid...
