Yummy Garden — Restaurant in City of Rochester

I live an hour away. Was in the city to explore art work. I'd have to say THIS IS THE BEST I have ever eaten. The general tso chicken was dead on perfect amount of spicy heat it starts off sweet then warmed your taste buds right up. The heat never got intense it stayed the same which was perfect for my liking inwas able to eat all the general tso with out being discouraged by the spicy heat. The pork fried rice was excellent. I knew when I bite into an onion and not just a bland tasteless object. The experience is beyond wonderful. The quality of the food is very fresh tasting and beyond my expectations. The girls working there are up and beyond. Extremely friendly and then some. I recommend this place to anyone. Very organized comfortable great food wonderful customer service. I had ordered take out about 1 hour before they had closed and the food was absolutely horrible. I ordered egg rolls and they were soaked in oil and soggy, the bag they were in even had oil sitting in it. The rice was burnt and stale. By the time I got home and sat down to eat they were closed so I couldn’t call to say something. I had called the next day and they asked us to bring in the food to the restaurant from the night before so they could see it. Why would they expect us to keep horrible food overnight thinking that we’d have to bring it in the next day to show them. They have horrible customer service and I kept telling them we had thrown the food out because it was from the night before and they had closed and they said they still wanted us to bring it in, from...

Used the online ordering system to get food from Yummy Garden for the first time. Ordering was easy, food arrived in a reasonable amount of time (~30min), the delivery guy was nice and the food was hot when it got here. I had already paid online, so just had to sign the slip and start eating. Don't bother with the crab ragoon, but the steamed pork dumplings are pretty good. General Tso's chicken has just a little bit of spice to it, which I like. Overall: service is good and the food is good enough. Not my favorite chinese food in Rochester, but will definitely be ordering...
