They made an appointment to come and look at a job that we wanted done in the upstairs of our home; it needs to be rewired. The appointment was for May 29th. The guy was right on time. Nice guy, knowledgeable. I thought this is going to be good. Accompany you could trust. He told my husband it'd be 5 to 10 business days for the estimate. We're at 14 business days now and still no estimate. My husband called last week and the woman who answered the phone told him that she would try to get him to do it that day. Well nothing. Now my husband and I both worked in the commercial fencing industry and are well aware of schedules, busy times, job size, etc. So I feel that if the job is too small or you don't have the time or it's not something that's really up your alley, that's fine. Just freaking let me know. Bad customer service.

It's not often that a company owner makes the initial trip out to assess and evaluate the job needed, but Mike Arket did just that. We had a delightful conversation and he took his time to explain the current situation and his recommendations in terms a layperson like me could understand.
