Union College is an incredible place for many reasons and growing up right on its outskirts is something we have all possibly taken for granted. I am very proud to be a part of its hockey facility and having boys grow up feeling as though it’s a second home (between many practices and games over past decade) as well as enjoying the beautiful grounds during all four seasons. It is a diamond in the rough. Literally. Not to put Schenectady down because I will defend this city fiercely. However after years of driving past and within the gorgeous landscape of Union College it is a bit odd standing OUT and gated IN central of the not so gorgeous but more lovable my hometown city of Schenectady. Read moreThe Campus is beautiful, lively and situated in a quiet town behind the pines in Upstate New York. Union College won me over with hockey, and I dont even watch it, but you have to keep tabs on them. The chance for a great experience is waiting when you attend school or events on campus.
