I Love NY Pizza & Fried Chicken — Restaurant in City of Schenectady

Yesterday was my birthday and I couldnt do anything but sit in the house with my little family. So i decided to order from this place for my 4th time. Little did I know the disaster that awaited me....I explained what I had wanted to order the woman with the thick Caribbean accent got it wrong. So when the order arrived not only was I disappointed but they would not give me a discount on what I had ordered in the first place for her lack of understanding. Not only did they want me to wait yet another 45mins to an hour for me and my family to receive what I originally ordered they were not willing to compesate for the time. And it was already late as it was. I asked the woman to just have the driver come get the food and to refund my money. The driver (Ahmad) comes back to retrieve the items. I head back upstairs to check my account and my account was charged twice by this restaurant. Not only was I already fuming about the order but now my card was charged twice. They refused to help me, and then stated that I had to bring a bank statement in to prove I was charged twice. ABSURD! I had my husband call because obviously they're fond of ripping off women. Long story short, they still keep saying that they are not refunding the second charge they placed on my card. I already called my bank which is a FCU since they were accusing them of charging me. They did not do it. So im putting in a fraud claim on this company for refusing to own up to their wrong doings. And lack of respect for women. I will NEVER EVER order from this restaurant again. And I will make sure no one that I know will order from...

Ordered delivery through slice at 10:54 said I would have the food by 11:39. Gave it until 11:55 before calling to find out where my food was since the weather is bad. Lady said they were waiting for a delivery guy probably 15 mins. Called back at 12:19AM still no food. Lady told me the delivery guy left. Called back 12:39 still no food she called delivery guy he said he was 1 min away delivery guy called from the roar at 12:43 didn’t even come up to my house. I called the lady back and said I’m not paying full price for my order if they aren’t willing to compensate me then I don’t want it. So I waited up when I have to work at 8am and got no food because they weren’t willing to compensate me for anything. NEVER ordering there again....

Ordered a large cheese and wings like I’ve done a dozen times before. Received the items. Took a bite of the pizza and it was terrible, had a musty/mildew taste/scent. Smelled the box, same smell. Called establishment advised them of issue they hung up. Brought pizza and box to them told them I think we got disconnected. Woman at counter called me crazy said box smelled like cardboard and they won’t refund me because a half eaten slice was put back in the box. How would I have known it was rancid unless I tasted it? I left it on the counter and told them they were scumbags. I bet that pizza gets resold to one of you wonderful people tonight....
