Typically there's a long line. Staff outside smoking near the door. Sometimes you need to search for the cashier because they have to stock the shelves kind of far away from the register. The floors look like garbage from shoddy workmanship a couple of YEARS ago and it has never been fixed. Staff is friendly enough. So went to buy trash bags said my card di not go thru mind you not declined try again they said. Still same thing. Went to bank ask about the card said nothing wrong with it. Bank checked and General charged him 2 times for trash bags. Went back showed them print out from bank. They won't refund for 1 trash bag or even give him 1 of the 2 he paid...
