Edit - The owner personally contacted us and used offensive and explicit language directed at both my wife and me. He threatened us then proceeded to use derogatory language that was extremely inappropriate. He is aggressive and unprofessional.
I just got SCAMMED. Please do not use this business for any of your floral needs. I hired this company for my wedding and was told I needed to pay the full amount in advance, otherwise we would not be getting flowers. After giving them the money, they missed our final consultation meeting and ignored all my phone calls and emails - this was 3 weeks prior to our wedding. We discussed our trust issues with the owner (Ronny), and worried that he would not deliver our flowers, we asked to cancel in which he formally agreed to issue a refund.
BUT, Ronny has since been uncooperative, ignoring my phone calls, texts, and emails. We have lost a of money due to this his actions. Read moreI ordered flowers through a delivery service and they sent an email confirming the delivery, but the recipient had not received them. I called the 3rd party's customer service line and expected to be playing phone tag with a corporate office for days.
I did not expect to get a call from Ronny personally, who did all of the follow up himself and made sure that the delivery was made on his own time and well after his normal business hours. For someone who lives in a completely different state and had no way of following up myself, knowing someone cared this much that his flowers got to their intended destination on time made me feel like I was the most special person in the world.

Quickly got a phone call stating that the driver had just been dispatched 15 minutes before my order and that also the bouquet I had requested was unavailable. Ronny quickly audibled and substituted for me(chose the most beautiful flowers that were way better than what I picked) and offered to deliver them himself just may be later in the day.
