So I purchased an egg chair set up from the Claire family farm and home couple years ago. They gave me a pink polkadotted chair because they didn’t have any pictures at that time. They said as soon as they came in, I just had to come and pick one up so several weeks months went by. They couldn’t get them in stock kept telling me they were on backorder, backorder backorder, so I recently went into the store and seen the display of them sitting around and of course nobody that I talk to you there anymore so this manager guy tells me I’m gonna I’ll get it taken care of. We’ll get you taken care of OK great so three weeks goes by when it’s the store three different times still no answer then finally I went and talk to a different guy. He actually took my name and number down and said that he would report to whomever on Monday to give me a call so I go in there on Thursday And Guy was very short with me says we couldn’t find anything under thatskew e so there’s nothing I can do without a skew. Well, I sent a picture of the chair and the product that I got still in the plastic by the way, and the guy repeatedly just kept ignoring me, walked away from me And over to a different register and says yeah there ain’t nothing that I can do. I recently just spent over $500 on plants and stuff like that at the store about four days before I seen the egg chairs. I still spent money in there during this whole time this place seems like they don’t really care about nothing half the time you go in there, there’s nobody around at the registers you gotta wait. I am very dissatisfied with the way this was handled. I understand people make up stories, but I had pictures with it and if I have some, I’m just trying to make up store to get something for free. I probably want to spend $500 in there and just one trip and couple hundred dollars on the next needless to say For the last two weeks I spent about $1000 at tractor supply. because of this. I was coming through town from a meeting on Monday Sept 26th and decided to stop at the store here. Never been here. Absolutely love the store and the variety that you offer. I truly never paid attention that this store was even here. Every employee was smiling and very approachable. I headed to check out with your pleasant cashier and I heard her ask for someone to count down her drawer. This is where I was so disappointed. A dark haired lady came up to the cashier. She loudly and rudely said “there’s other people here why can’t they do it!” I almost melted because I seen how sad and embarrassed that cashier was. I literally felt so bad for her. I’m not sure what her place is in this store but for my first time here and her acting like that in front of customers, shouldn’t be acceptable. Great place for pet feed. Large selection and variety, with good and comparable pricing. Offer almost any item one would need for animal husbandry, family pet care, and basic farm life, plus many other items are available here. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well.
