I would give zero stars if I could. I work fast food. Have for ten years. This is literally a disappointment in fast food. 15 minutes sitting at the window for my food. I watched their timer. 15 minutes prior to that was us sitting in line. When we finally got our food, with the very unfriendly DT person, we pulled slightly forward and my husband said he was missing food. I know its frowned upon to walk up to a DT window, but the hell was I going to wait another 10-15 minutes for them forgetting something. I waited outside that window another 5 minutes. I watched their the items being made and it was such a slow process. No rush in their steps. I understand it was 12:30am (believe me I didnt want to stop here, but my husband insisted). I can understand if there was a new person working. But even some friendlier service and communication would have made this experience a little better. Whoever is in charge if this store needs to take care of this. I am sure your corporate isnt too fond of 10-15 minute window timers. I know my job would be furious.
I will refuse to go here anymore. I havent had one good experience here. Workers are rude. Playing on their phones at the window. No manners. No smile. Food is either made wrong or is missing from the bag. Massive long wait times when there arent many cars in line. Its not worth...
Read moreUndoubtedly a fail but it could have been worse. Fairly quick service (~7 minutes) but I would happily have waited a little longer to receive my order correctly. We ordered 4 crunchwrap supreme meals in the drive thru, 2 (arguably 3) of which were messed up. In the end we got what we wanted, but definitely not top notch service. First of all, we were missing a crunchwrap, which they promptly gave to us after we went inside. Drinks were excellent (although the person taking our order upgraded us to larges without asking). Worst part was that I ordered my crunchwrap without sour cream. Halfway through my crunchwrap, I realized that it had sour cream despite being labeled "-sour". Another crunchwrap was missing sour cream. Clearly someone mislabeled it, meaning 2 of us got something we weren't planning on. Thankfully it was a preference and not an allergy, but this is a pretty obvious mistake. Overall, I would eat here again, but double check everything and make sure I got a receipt.
Tl;dr Good food but majorly messed up order - check your food...
Read moreThe year was 1918 and the war had just ended. It was a cold December evening and we had finally made it back home to our families after suffering through countless battles with the central powers. I’ve seen men die at my feet, and they’ve seen men die at theirs before that. As I boarded the ship to sail home from France, I knew I was coming home to love, food and celebration. To celebrate, my first stop was at this Taco Bell location, and I have been here since 1918 and have only seen 4 motor cars make their way to the speaker box to order their food. With the slight hiss of failing electronic equipment ahead of me from the box in which voices speak, I know that me too, will one day have the opportunity to order my food, though at this point starvation may be a real threat as the time it has taken to move only 4 cars is going to be the equivalent to the next 4. Lord help us with this battle of patience as you did with the patience in the war. Written in the drive through at Taco Bell-30 minutes...
