Subway — Restaurant in Clare

I ordered through the app, went to pick up my sub, and ended up sitting there for 10 minutes because she had my food hiding behind the counter. I finally went to ask, and nobody was behind the counter, and I had to yell to get someone's attention. She then threw my sub on the counter without saying a word. I got back to work after finally getting my sub just to unwrap the absolute messiest, sauce drowning, soaked bread sub I have ever seen. I ordered the Outlaw, which is supposed to be toasted... not even the slightest bit toasted. I have been ordering from this subway for 10 years, and this is by far the worst the food and service have ever been. Go somewhere else.

Went back to have the situation corrected, and I was met with the rudest customer service I have ever received anywhere. She refused to remake my order and refused to refund my money. She was incredibly argumentative and had zero problems cussing at customers in front of children. Do not give this place your business. Go to the other side of town to the other subway if you really want a sub. I will not return to this location ever.

Update... It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from a manager. They didn't return my money or offer to correct the issue in any way. Effectively...

Stopped by while I was passing through town. The woman was in the middle of making my sub, saw something on the glass shield, starting picking at it, then continued to make my sub. Then she saw an ant and killed it with her finger and still continued to make my sub. I had her remake the sub. I should’ve just walked out because I lost my appetite and didn’t even eat my sandwich. The cookies were from at least 2 days ago, they were so stale. This was by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the hassle and go...

The sandwich counter looked clean and the person making the sandwich was friendly and professional and did a good job with the sandwich. The fruit flies infesting the dining area, along with a guy sweeping and kicking up dust, chased us out of the building to finish our sandwich in the parking lot. Went back inside to wash my hands and there was no soap in the men’s bathroom. Good sandwich, but not a pleasant...
