Big yikes. Come here all the time but the barista tried to charge us for a remake of a drink that they had clearly messed up. As a fellow barista you don’t argue with the customer that their drink is correct when they clearly can tell it isn’t. We weren’t “scamming” when the drink was clearly still full to the brim after she had tried it (and we gave back the messed up drink bc it wasn’t drinkable). I’ve been a barista 7 years and never argued with a customer that their drinks were “made the exact same”. We’re all human and make mistakes and that’s okay but there’s no need to belittle someone or their feelings over a drink. Usually love our girls here and tip every single time but do better. Depends on who is at the window, some works are very sweet. Orders were the EXACT same everyday for the same 3 ppl. The drinks were never the same and started to become undrinkable! The blonde is nothing but rude and nasty. Doesn’t communicate. Would not offer to use my points even when I gave her my card. My free drinks just vanished twice. Always seemed like my drinks were beyond nasty when she was there. 3 days in a row, the same drink were either total different color, flavor or consistency. This location has been mostly hit or miss for me. When the drinks are made correctly, they are very good. However, it’s very inconsistent, and lately, it has been more of a “miss” than a “hit”. Things keep happening like cream freezes not being blended enough or I get the wrong size coffee and pay for the size I asked for, etc. I’m not sure what the issue is but I hope it gets figured out because I enjoy coming here. I’ve noticed, there are a few employees who make it right every time. I only get myself coffee once a week, and at upwards of $10 a drink, I want it to be worth my $10.
