I have been going into smoke for less for years and today was the first time an employee gives me a attitude, awhile back i purchased some stainless steel screens and when I got home, I noticed the screens were 5/8 in. instead of the 3/4 in. they always had. So after I noticed the big difference i called and said they were too small and the guy that sold them to me said they don't have two different sizes, so by this point I was agitated and not happy but it is what it is. So today i decided to take a walk and went into smoke for less to get a tobacco pipe 😂 and took the two packs of 5/8 in. sreens with me hoping i could swap them, when i got inside i looked at the pipes and picked one and the female working the front rang me up, but before she did i showed her what I was wanting to exchange and yes there was 5/8 in. on the shelf but i noticed a full tub behind the 5/8 and guess what the full tub that was put in rotation was 3/4 in . So the girl took the screens that i wanted to exchange back to the office and asked the young red-headed dude if it was ok, and instantly he decided to raise his voice saying I told you before we don't have two different sizes of screens, so when the girl came back out of the office I asked her to take the tub of the 5/8 and the tub of 3/4 in back to the office so he can see for himself, after he noticed it he commented that he wasn't trying to give me attitude, I spoke up and said if you would have came out of the office to see what im talking about instead of setting in the office running your mouth, he commented im doing my job and i responded that this whole store is your job, i said to the girl after paying for my pipe that it's sad that little red can't accept hes wrong.
