I left the store with curly hair I was not down the road 10 minutes and all my curls fell out it was not because of humidity because all my windows are rolled up and I have great air conditioning in my car so I had to go to my wedding straight haired which I’ve never liked myself in straight hair but I happen to pull it off so my hair did not stay in curls at all by the time I got back to My venue which is a 16 minute ride my hair was completely fallen out flat I do believe they did not use enough product and I do believe it was rushed I would have myself used more product and also took more time to make smaller curls. Also got a pedicure which was the deluxe package and I feel as though it was not anything special to me it was like the lowest level pedicure in my hometown which is saying something because I live in Akron Ohio. They also did not have the color I needed for my nails so I could not match my Pedicure to my manicure for my wedding day all in all I was not pleased with the services provided BUT I gave them a three because they were very nice sweet and kind girls and their make up was...

DON’T GO HERE FOR WEDDING HAIR!

First my style cost $20 more than the price listed online. I would not have booked here if I would have known I was going to pay $85 for a half up half down pony tail.

Second my curls didn’t even make it until I put my dress on! It looked fine when I left the salon, but it did not last. (See photo of what my hair looked like before I even did my makeup). Thank goodness my mom brought her curling iron and hair spray with her so we were able to save my hair for my wedding!

I called my stylist and asked if she or someone else could come fix my hair but she refused. She told it that it would be my responsibility to find (and pay) someone else to fix my hair. Her boss was supposed to call and she never did.

This was the only thing I regret about my wedding day. Save yourself the stress and tears. Find another salon for the biggest, most important day of your life. They obviously don’t care...

I would not recommend this place for pedicures and definitely not for manicures. When my friend and I made appointments we said we wanted to schedule their "deluxe pedicures" which came with the "works". We even asked how long they would take. We ended up only receiving a normal pedicure, which was disappointing. Then when the girls filed our toe nails, they cut/brush burned the ends of our toes. They barely filed the bottoms of our heals. We both left with the rough heals we came in with. The French tip paint job looks cloudy. And the worst part was the gel manicure. She painted my nails sloppy leaving polish on my skin. Because of the excess polish left on my skin, TWO days later the polish peeled off half of my nails! Five days later and all of the polish has peeled off.
