On 5-19-17, I was in need of quarters for three loads and only had a $20-bill on me In the middle of changing the bill, the quarter machine stops and only provides me with 24 quarters. I call the office number and a cell phone number, leaving message after message informing of the situation. A little after an hour and still no call back, I left my last message informing I would be back just before closing to get assistance. I arrived at 7:40pm, closing is at 8pm, the doors were already closed. So, I arrive 20 min prior to opening, 7:00am the next day and the doors were already open. Taking my chances, I called a third phone number listed and was able to get a hold of the owner. The owner apologized for the inconvenience and the entire situation. I've gone to all the laundry mats in the Verde valley. This place is by far the best for the money. The other 2 in Cottonwood are extremely high $$...The owner (s) do frequent and always friendly and courteous. 5$ for the large washer 32minute wash cycle . 25 cents to dry for 7.5 minutes, the dryers are very hot so you never have to continue to drop more and more quarters in...My clothes are always dry wi th 4 quarters =30 mins

As great of value as you're apt to find in a laundromat. 6 huge loads of laundry for roughly $14. Well worth the extra miles from Cottonwood, even w/ inflated gas prices. Top loading washing machines for $2. Pr load. Very efficient and reasonably priced. The dryers are simply awesome. They're super HOT = $avings.
