Went in there to buy my wife a brand new phone, the guy that usually works was not there and his girlfriend was. She was completely unable to help me! She could not access the computer to log on, she told me he was at home in the shower. So she tried to call him so he could help her access the computer, still to no avail. I went to spend $300 on a phone ended up leaving buying nothing! I ordered a phone off of Amazon that was unlocked, put my SIM card in it. But this company requires an iemi change in their system, which they charge you $30 for! So because they were unable to assist me the first time I was very aggravated with having to pay a $30 service fee for them to change a number in the computer. These guys know what they are doing. I can remember coming all the way from Alum Bridge, running late, and one of the guys unlocked the door to help me out that day to get my phone working. It was a Friday, closeing time, and I was heading out of town.The poor guy had about 3-4 people still in the store, that he had to help before he could leave. I am extremely satisfied with the phone service we have. I had an issue with the phone after I brought it, and I took the phone back in and they fixed my issue quickly.
