I would like to let the owner know that their employees are rude and are not answering the phone. I’ve tried calling several times. Once my daughter was in the store. She heard the phone ringing and the lady would not answer the phone. I was wanting info on a mirror that they had in the back. Which I was aware that it was not for sale at that moment. I had just asked my daughter to ask them to look at it to see if it was something I was wanting since I live over 45 min away. They refused. Not sure what the big deal was. Of me just seeing it. As I needed to see how big it was and if it was in fact going to work for what I needed it for. They told her to call tomorrow and talk to the owner. Yes we would’ve done that, if it’s what I needed. I just think this is very poor business we weren’t asking to purchase at that very moment. I really try to support small businesses but apparently they don’t need my business. I’ll just go to hobby lobby!

Edit: we were not asking to go in the back. We just asked if they could pull it out for us to see. Since we could see it from where we were standing. The cashier stated she could not show it to us because she was the only one on the floor. But there was a gentleman there as well. So not sure why he couldn’t pull it out. I’m just wanting you all to know how your business is being handled. Like I said I called twice and my daughter said that her fiancé was going to go ask to stop calling because she would not answer the phone. She was not helping customers at the time. Love coming here! Just have 2 problems:

Sometimes the prices are way too high for the value, and are often inconsistent.

The stickers they use are WAY too sticky. It really sucks buying vintage stuff here that gets ruined because taking the price sticker off takes parts of the product away. I usually buy books, cds, vhs, DVDs, stuff like that. So it either leaves that sticky residue really strong or just completely damaged the product by ripping off paint or paper. Just about everything I’ve bought here has been damaged after taking the sticker off because there’s no way to get them off safely. Really wish they’d use something else to put the prices on because pretty much everything they sell is vintage so it’s...

Ok first off this is not a antique store, it may have some antiques in it. It is a thrift store. The store could use a great cleaning and organizing, pricing seems to high for my taste and I antique and thrift all over the tri state area, thrift store with eBay prices! There may be some good finds in among the clutter and what I consider garbage items but I can't bring myself to dig through bins or dirty items. Clean up your store organize it so things are not laying on each other and throw away all the used personal hygiene items. Could be a great store, could be. I don't look for this place to last with out a severe intervention on...
