I have no problem with the staff in the Office. They are Always polite and very prompt when I come to the office to pay my Mother's monthly payment. My issue is that my Mother is 79 yrs old with RA and a Very bad back. All I ask is that we get a newspaper when we are scheduled (everyday) , we didn't receive a paper on 1-4-20 Saturday and tried to call to inform the office but there is no way to leave a message for the person/department if you don't know their name or extension. Still waiting for my weekend paper Called twice no answer. local coustomer over 40 years. My friends have cancealed subscriptions now i understand. People enjoyed old Sunday paper now its gone. Oh yeah Mondy too.. Your reveiws must be made by relitives. Very disgusted old man for taking away Sunday issuse and many other reasons....

I used to love reading the comics in the Sunday paper. Now you have taken then away. What's the point of reading the paper with no funnies ?? Not happy, you even took out MUTS. My FAVORITE comic. I'm sure a lot of other people are unhappy...
