A&E Trophy — Local services in Clayton

If I had 100 pages, i could not explain how grateful I am to these folks. My wife passed away unexpectedly very recently. The urn that we purchased was wooden, and while it looked nice, it had nothing on it to say who she was, nothing. I had an idea, but no clue how to execute. I took my drawing by the shop, along with the urn, and discussed it with Rob. He assured me that he would get on it, and have something for me the next week, and he would email for approval. I did not get to check my email that next week, and when I did, imagine my surprise, and embarrassment when I saw that he had actually sent that to me, like the day after I met him. I called, and told him what I was thinking about, since he had educated me a little on my 1st visit. I knew just enough to be dangerous. I told him that I had sent him an email with a photo of a Lilly Pulitzer fabric that ny wife loved. He invited me to come by that day, and show him what I was looking for. Rob took time to take me to the back as he laid out, on the computer, what my simple, black, and white mind could see, while he, like my wife, couid work in living color to create the most beautiful "Plaque" to cover fully 1 side of the urn. Not only that, he had it ready so that I could show it to my chiidren, grandchildren, and great grandson at Thanksgiving! Even though I had caused a time delay, and needed changes that only he could do. I truly thank God for these folks, and wish them many, many successful...

We came in to order some Wrestling items for our awesome coaches at CHHS ! Amy was very kind & showed us around the shop — they have EVERYTHING for any Corporate event , sport, school, literally something for everyone! HUGE selection …EVEN lots of neat Pickleball trophies, and other personalizable memorabilia. I can be pretty indecisive 🤫🤫, but she was very polite and I never felt rushed while trying to pick out our gifts ! ( Even though they were very busy with graduations, sports , and other events this time of year) Amy’s husband was working hard and even said hello. Our unique pieces came out beautiful, everyone loved them. I love the NEW red white & blue one!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸 A & E Trophy is a wonderful business, they work hard to deliver the best service. Amy, Rob and Anthony at A&E Trophy were all very helpful, friendly and patient with me this week as I shopped for and purchased my first trophy from A&E Trophy.

When I went in on Monday, Amy was very tuned in as I explained what type of memento I wanted for our soccer team manager. She showed me a few options that were all really good fits. I went with one of the trophies that she suggested.

Anthony was very patient when I ended up changed the wording on the trophy at the 11th hour.

Today, when I went to pick up the trophy, I had an amazing customer experience! I got stuck in traffic and could not get to the store before closing. I called and spoke with Rob. I explained that I really needed the trophy for the team's soccer party tomorrow. Rob told me that he'd keep the store open for me -- the store is closed on Saturdays. When I arrived Rob greeted me with a smile and friendliness. Such a pleasant ending to a stressful drive over there.

I will definitely shop at this store again...
