Vince , Ricky and Tom at Atlantic Tractor are the best. They always go above and beyond to keep us up and running. Over the past three years we have purchased 15 + pieces of equipment from them. Our down time is zero and when we buy something new Vince makes it so easy that we dont have to leave the office to take delivery. He handles all paperwork over the phone and has the item delivered directly to our shop. If loan paperwork needs to be signed he brings it to us so we don't have to take the time out of our busy schedule to drive to the dealership. Tom in parts does an excellent job keeping track of the models that we have and always lets us know when there is a good deal on the parts we use the most. Ricky always sends a mechanic to us at a moments notice in the rare case that we have a breakdown. They never gouge us on costs and are always willing to give us a loaner or help train our staff on the new items we purchase. I have dealt with nearly every dealer in Delaware and by far would rate Atlantic Tractor at the top. I am not an avid John Deere freak but continue to buy their line of mowers and heavy equipment solely based on my experience dealing with the team at Atlantic...

Took our riding mower here for repairs. It had a bad deck switch cause the mower to lose power and would not start again. Dropped it off had the $25 switch replaced, slapped in the face with $100 service fee. Following weekend mowed my lawn same thing lost power wouldn’t start. Took it back AGAIN figured maybe a faulty switch maybe they’d work with us on service fee. Still charged the service fee for something the didn’t completely fix. Following week mowed the lawn again, guess what switch broke AGAIN. Instead of taking it back for a third time to get robbed of another $130 the tractor is headed to the junk yard. My purchase started when I called and asked to speak with someone in sales. I talked to Doug Wood who was very knowledgeable and just plain pleasant to deal with. I live within a 10minute drive of a JD dealer and drove 2hours to do business with Doug at Atlantic Tractor. My future purchases will always be done at the Atlantic Tractor in Clayton just based on their customer service.
