Sherri recently was the florist for my husbands and my 30th Vow Renewal. Although I had used her in the past with good results, this time was a tremendous disappointment. When we sat down to make a plan she was very distracted and hammered through my choices and I left feeling railroaded. When we were a week out from the event I text her a tweak on on color choice, dropped one bouquet and added another. I should have gone in to review the changes because when I came to pick up the ordered she had failed to create my husbands, or any of the grooms boutonnières; (which were never cancelled) never added the bouquet I requested; the table flowers were too big. We called Sherri's past their delivery time, but they went way beyond the call by creating a birthday arrangement that our Mother loved and delivered it on time. But wait, there is more...Sherri's checked back early that evening to see if the arrangement had been picked-up by our elderly Mom, as no one was home when she delivered it. Placed an online order to be delivered to my father yesterday 9/11 to cheer him up. I got a confirmation email. When I didn't hear from him, I called to find out if the arrangement was delivered. I called three times today and got no answer. I left 2 voicemails and emailed. No reply. No charges on my credit card. I can only deduce this place is out of business or should be.
