United States Postal Service — Local services in Clayton

I have been to this post office location three times in the last month for missing mail. Twice I was given excuses and no help. Today 1/7/2022, the postal worker actually lied to me and told me that the Informed Delivery App was not accurate and that I should wait a few days for my mail to show up. I have a problem with my mail being stolen and now I have yet another piece of mail missing. I have Never had this problem before and now it happens constantly. I've reported it to the postal inspectors but when my local post office seems to lack interest what am I supposed to do? It seems that most of the workers don't care and only Nancy was interested in helping me.

So, an update:. A year has passed and still the same problem. The post office does nothing. The most they could suggest was buy a locked mailbox which cost around $150 if I put it in myself or pay for a box at the post office which means running to the post office most days to get my mail and shelling out more money. I can say that informed delivery is accurate but if my mail doesn't show up by the next day, it isn't coming. So, it seems that I will have to investigate and solve my stolen mail problem myself because the U.S. Postal Service...

Have been visiting the Ckayton post office and been helped by Akeem on several occassions. He is so polite, knowledgeable and suggests me different options for shipping my packages. I look now to see once I walk in if Akeem is working when I visit the Clayton PO? 5 Star treatment and with a smile....Akeem is a role model employee that customers like me ...
