I don't think people realize what a gift it is, to have a skilled jeweler that does his/her own work, right there in their own community! John is a rare find! He can make custom jewelry for you, or do any repair that you need! Affordable prices, quality work and professionalism is all found in his shop. I stumbled upon his facebook page after googling jewelers in Clayton, after we moved here a couple years ago, and after seeing that he skillfully does his own work and doesn't send it off to possibly be lost, gems stolen and replaced etc....I was sold. He recently repaired my wedding band set that was made in Ireland, and I had 100% trust in him to care for it. I had a fantastic experience with Mr. John and Mrs. Jovi. A few years ago, my wife lost the headstone of her wedding ring during a work trip while water rafting. Earlier this year, I contacted Mr. John to see if he could fix it. Finally, I brought her ring in a few weeks ago and they took their time to examine her ring, find a new stone, and keep me informed throughout the process. I cannot say how much I appreciate this store and its owners. My engagement ring was sized too small and I found them when searching for in house resizing stores. Very late might I add as I get married in 3 days. I fully understood if they could not make it happen but they were amazing and got it done.
