TLDR - I would save your time and money and go elsewhere. The workers here do not care and evidently lack common sense and customer service. Now I've wasted 2 days driving back and forth to this location and still have to go elsewhere to fix their mistake. ... I am extremely unsatisfied with my print order process. I took a book in around 4:30pm to have the binding cut and get the book spiral bound. the women at the print counter said my book was too thick, so I took out sections and asked if this would be okay to still fit into one spiral bound book and they said sure (but absentmindedly, not even looking at me). They said they don't know when it'll be done, didn't even give me an estimate, said they would call when it was ready, and it would be ready in the morning by the latest. The next day, I had not heard from them by noon so I called the store. A man answered the phone and when I asked about my order, he said my order was actually ready. Mind you, no one ever called me. When I get there later in the evening, the same worker that was there the night before hands me TWO books. AND the sections were still taken out. When I questioned it, she made it seem like she had made it abundantly clear that this was what she was going to do (she did not. In fact, they barely looked at me or spoke to me?). Why would I take the sections out if the book was going to be in two anyways??? Wouldn't I just keep everything in since they were splitting it anyway? I personally know that other people have gotten this exact test-prep book bound in one spiral bound book with the same sections taken out at this location. Not only did they not want to sell us a laptop during thanksgiving holiday but they followed us around the store the entire time they didnāt do that to the white people in the store. My mom and I got sick of it so we decided to buy the store model laptop and the guys acted they didnāt want our business but we ignored their rude behavior and asked if we could purchase this one to which they said they had to take it to the back before we could purchase the laptop we didnāt think anything of it. I donāt know what they did to the computer in the back but thereās never enough space on the laptop even though we only installed one app which is Apple iTunes but ever since we brought this āfloor modelā home it hasnāt worked right since. If your any color other than white donāt expect good service. I just spent 3 hours on the phone with Microsoft support helping me to even login to this computer let alone trying to get the computer to work. Once it stopped worked we left it in a corner...

Vince is a BEAUTIFUL soul!!! His welcoming smile is INFECTIOUS! It looks like he LOVES what he is doing for Staples and makes your shopping experience and print experience stress free and makes you feel at ease with difficult projects! He is always saying, "no worries we got you"! Lol and EVERY time he delivers!
Darryl also makes the shopping and print experience SO much FUN! There is NEVER a time that he is not making me laugh! His technicsl knowledge is vast and I am ALWAYS learning something when I get a job done!
Both Vince and Darryl are 2 consummate professionals and make Staples shine! HONESTLY, if it were not for that dynamic I PROBABLY would take my business elsewhere!
They are DEFINITELY deserving of both a raise and a promotion in MY estimation!
