HORRIBLE customer service. I've been to the store 2 times and both visits were horrible. The first time I waited 45 minutes to find out they had no phones. The agent did not greet or acknowledge me for 45 minutes. The customer greeted me. Last time was on 7/3 with Samantha (if that's her name. She took a while to answer when I asked. She told me she did not know the difference in the phones. She kept being rude while another customer came in. I told her she could go ahead and help them. She offered no greeting or acknowledgement to the customer and they left. I asked for a manager. She said she's the only one. Finally she said the manager was out of town and couldn't be reached but when she got mad because I was calling AT&T to make a complaint she called her manager. I told her I would like to speak to the manager and like a child she said "you can't talk to him. I can because I'm an employee and your not" wow I felt like I was in elementary school. When she finished with the manager she told me to leave the store because she is looking up and going to lunch. The AT&T rep heard how rude she was and documented. I left there where I went to Cornelia store and had a wonderful experience. Was treated with respect and dignity (which I did not receive at Cleveland either time I went.). They could tell me the difference between the phones and answered all of my questions. I rated my experience at Cleveland at lowest star whe really it should be at least a negative 10 🌟 if not more. They should close the store if that's the way they treat customers. I will continue to visit and refer people to Cornelia. No customer should have to deal with what I dealt with with Samantha alone. She also seemed to only care to sell another phone with a new line WHILE STILL HAVING TO PAY FOR THE CURRENT PHONE AND LINE!!!! not try to give options to help fix the (insured/ warranty cover, four month old 2K $ phone.) Now after leaving and trying all the options given other then her help, I was told to call the closest AT&T store, so to receive HELP. In doing so, she now apparently is not an AT&T store, only a third party, and will not help the problem ( HER WORDS). What is also taken back is that she would then ask for a five start customer REVIEW! WELL this is your review Shannon! You as a person and a sale representative are RUDE and very Nasty when specking to people. Your CATTY tone and ( I know more but cant help attitude), is only a down fall on customer service for our county. You should not be the face AT&T lets sit at this store and even sell a paper clip. The fact I know you have been there for the little time you have, plus seem to ask over and over for a customer 5** review on your service shows to me, I myself is not the first problem they have had with you. Read moreDONT GO HERE! Myself and family went in to simply turn in our old phones within 30 days of switching to ATAT business from Verizon after 20 years. DO NOT deal with Shannon the lady who made it very clear she knew it all and was the manager there for 2 years. She would not take our phones and gave us every excuse in the book why she couldn’t. None of it made sense. She was all over the place. After all the excuses she gave, one of them was her wifi wasn’t good enough, what a joke! We then called ATAT on speaker and Shannon argued with the ATAT person on phone who was telling her exactly what to do. Horrible experience. It was so bad my daughter recorded it. After she spoke and argued on phone with ATAT via my phone the man on phone said to leave and do not turn in phones to that lady. As we walked out the door she stated “and I do know what I’m talking about”. Then we got in parking lot and another ATAT employee came out the door and went to his car. We asked him if he could help us. He stated he already heard about it all from Shannon. UNREAL!
