What a frustrating and awful experience i had tonight. After driving from Tennessee back to my hometown of Cleveland, i asked my 3 year old son what he wanted to eat. He yelled with excitement, "CRAZY BREAD!!!!" Its about 9:30pm when we arrive and after being the 3rd car in drive thru, the employee proceeds to tell me that the window is closed but i can park and come inside... I did exactly that, only to find a long line in which i waited in. Once it was my turn, there was NO CRAZY BREAD!!! Disappointed i continued to make a purchase anyway of a $5 hot and ready pepperoni pizza. It wasnt ready. The wait time was suppose to be 15 min. I go outside and sit in my car to wait. 15 min later, they are closed and the employees were too scared to come to the register. Instead they had some other young man come tell me that he can give me a cheese pizza or pepsi. I paid $5.35. Pepsis dont cost that much. Then, the "manager on duty" (who wasnt really doing much of anything to even hold that title), decided to shed some light on the situation that they screwed up my pepperoni pizza by adding extra cheese to a cheese pizza in which i did NOT order. Normally mistakes do not upset me as i am also human and everyone tends to make them throughout their lifetime. However, the whole time i waited in drive thru and then for my pizza, the crew seemed to be milking the clock by fiddling around and goofing off without a care in the world. Had the staff paid more attention to what their job was requiring them to do, i would have left a satisfied customer. Instead, the ovens were shut off & I asked for a refund and not only walked out of that place at a late time without crazy bread for my son, but also without the pizza that i placed an order for and got stuck waiting for. The employess incompetence to do their job really upset me and they werent sorry at all. They just wanted to go home as did I, but i didn't make it home til 11pm because i had to make another stop at a different restaurant just to feed me and my little boy. I will never go back to this establishment again unless to speak to the owner, George, on how dissatisfying my visit was tonight--in hopes that he can make a difference toward how i was treated. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER...

This place was absolutely a joke, we ordered a head and then showed up and they told me it was almost done, then after waiting 5-10 mins and watching another customer go back inside with the pizza they had just walked out with, I went back in and they couldn’t find my order because they “accidentally” gave my order away.. which working in the fast food industry I understand things like this happen but I had been waiting for a ridiculous amount of time and watched several other customers come in and retrieve their orders and still continued to sit there waiting, no attitude or anything and still several people came and went and the employee could see me, heck I was sitting inside and still never got any food. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I got tired of them ignoring me and giving others their food, we finally left.
Probably won’t order anything from this place. They made a good $16.86 off of us and we didn’t even get our food or money back, because we figured if they can’t serve out food to customers in orderly fashion then they more then likely won’t get our money back either.
Plus you should Definitely CHECK THE CAMERA’S (if they even work) because I witnessed an employee retrieve drugs from a customer who...
Read moreMy family and I recently moved to Cleveland in December of last year. Only four months ago typically I’m a fan of little Caesars pizza and typically I get the hot and ready. However the last couple times I’ve got the EMB pepperoni because they have it available and ready and it’s just a better tasting pizza then the other cheaper ones. Today however. I tried calling the store twice and let it ring approximately 10 times a piece prior to going up there. The phone was never answered and then when I got up there, they did have that pizza available. Unfortunately, the pizza was nowhere close to fresh. In fact, the crust was very hard like a brick. The pizza itself was barely warm. Pretty disappointed. It must’ve been sitting in there from this morning anyway I hope they get fixed whatever they need to get fixed. Until they do I suppose I’ll travel a little further north to the Towne Square to get Papa...
